Job Descriptions

• Installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools
• Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system issues arise
• Interacting with clients, providing cloud support, and making recommendations based on client needs.
• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
• Identify potential issues and implement solutions proactively.
• Work alongside project management teams to successfully monitor progress and implementation of initiatives.
• Assist with the design and implementation of cloud infrastructure solutions, manage time and expectations.
• Provide different levels of support to the team.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science or a similar field
• Proficiency in Mac/Linux/Windows OS
• Strong decision-making ability
• Experience with virtualization (e.g., VMware)
• Azure, AWS, and GCP certifications preferred.
• Strong communication skills
• Having solid network knowledge such as OSI network layers and TCP/IP protocols.
• Attention to detail
• Teamworking
• Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions
• Ability to handle fast-paced environment
