B2B FinPal Sdn. Bhd. is a subsidiary of B2B Commerce Sdn Bhd (“B2B Commerce”) and represents one of the six successful applicants granted a license by Securities Commission Malaysia to operate a Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Investment Platform.

Its parent company, B2B Commerce, has been established since 1999, providing cloud-based Internet commerce technologies to create a collaborative platform for business supply chains. B2B Commerce now represents the largest B2B service provider for the retail industry in South East Asia region, with regional presence in Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, China, Cambodia, and Vietnam.

In line with our new business expansion in the fintech industry for the South East Asia region, we are seeking a suitable qualified candidate to grow together with us.

Job Responsibilities:

• Liaises with the business team to understand the business issues, processes, and organisation requirements.

• Assists in preparing and reviewing the business processes, requirements, and functional specifications based on the proposed solutions.

• Assist in reports, tracks, and monitors any issues raised by business users and ensures the issues are resolved in a timely manner.

• Communicates closely with business users manages their expectations, and deliverables.

• Works closely with the technical team to ensure the successful delivery of the projects according to the schedule.

• Assists and leads the testing effort and takes ownership of the documentation of all the business documents.

• Assists in the user training and presentation when required.

• Treat this as your own business, and contribute ideas and improvements that bring value to the customers

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent

• Must have at least 1 year of experience in similar role.

• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin to effectively liaise with international customers and internal teams

• Enthusiastic and self-motivated to ensure objectives are always achieved

• Ability to work together with other team members in a team environment

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to work efficiently to meet tight deadlines
