We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy AI Enablement & Adoption Intern who is passionate about Artificial Intelligence, automation and emerging technologies. The successful candidate will support our AI initiatives by exploring practical AI applications, developing automation workflows and identifying opportunities to improve business productivity.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Research & Development

• Research emerging AI technologies, tools and industry trends.

• Explore AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Microsoft Copilot.

• Identify practical AI applications and automation opportunities for business operations.

• Evaluate AI tools and recommend suitable solutions for different business needs.

2. AI Implementation & Automation

• Assist in developing, testing and implementing AI-powered workflows.

• Explore no-code and low-code automation platforms such as Make, Zapier and n8n.

• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

• Assist in developing AI-powered applications, chatbots and productivity solutions.

• Prepare user guides and documentation for AI tools and workflows.

3. Project Coordination & Digital Transformation

• Support the execution of AI adoption and digital transformation projects.

• Monitor project timelines, milestones and deliverables.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Assist in preparing project reports, presentations and documentation.

• Support pilot testing and evaluate the effectiveness of AI solutions.

4. AI Training & Knowledge Sharing

• Assist in organising AI workshops, training sessions and knowledge-sharing programmes.

• Prepare educational materials and presentations on AI adoption.

• Research AI solution providers and potential technology partners.

• Support initiatives to encourage AI awareness and adoption among businesses.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.

• Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, automation and digital transformation.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Microsoft Copilot.

• Good analytical, research and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication, presentation and documentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Proactive, detail-oriented and willing to learn new technologies.

• Able to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.

• Available for a minimum commitment of 6 months.

Added Advantages

• Experience with AI tools and workflow automation.

• Familiarity with Make, Zapier, n8n or other automation platforms.

• Basic understanding of prompt engineering, APIs or AI-powered applications.

• Experience developing chatbots or automating business processes.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Power BI or other data visualisation tools.
