Job Description:

• Assist Project Manager in preparing, administering, and maintaining project documentation, reports and meeting minutes.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project development team to provide assistance and technical support.
• Responsible to liaise with clients and project teams to coordinate project management activities, equipment and information.
• Coordinate on meeting schedule, venue setup and refreshment order.
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor/Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent interpersonal relations skill and demonstrated ability to work effectively with others in a team
• Proficient in Project Management, Operations Management and Electronic/IT Systems.
• Candidates must be willing to travel and possess own transport.
