- Perform daily IT operational support and learn new technologies
- Evaluates, and troubleshoot different types of issues affecting computer system or server, or networks
- Diagnose and repair all types of computer hardware and software faulty
- Handle the company’s ongoing projects (rental, installation, supply, etc)
- Manage and keeptrack of department product inventory list (laptop/ computer & accessories) for sale & leasing
- Train and collaborate with other team members
- Involve in ordering, collecting, and storing the laptop/ computer and accessories from the supplier
- Process customers’ orders, shipping, tracking, and follow-up.
- Ensure documentation (report), procedure, and guidelines (SOP) are up to date
- Log case to IT service center (HP/Dell/Lenovo etc) for specific cases such as warranty claim
- Any other task assigned
