1. Provide first and second level IT infra support locally or remotely (Physical Server, Nutanix, Veeams, Backup, SAN Storage and End User Equipment)
2. Responsible for implementation, installation, configuration and maintain company IT servers and end user equipment (PC, Laptop, Printer, IP Phone, PABX system, and etc)
3. Assist IT Manager on managing IT infra project and recommendation for infra enhancement
4. To maintain and conduct server, backup and Nutanix security patch update deployment
5. Prepare and document IT infra service and hardware health check monthly reports
6. Ensure user’s problems to be solved in shortest period of time and meet with User’s requirements and provide suggestion to users on their IT needs
7. Prepare and document IT application services reports and manual
8. Responsible to update and assist IT Manager on any major IT infra problem, give recommendation on how to rectify the problem
9. To support, maintain and deploy any application issue (HIS, LIS, FIS, EMAIL, and etc)
10.To assist in End User Purchase which relates to IT
11. To be part of team members for Projects requires IT assistance
12. To participate in Group IT Initiatives as and when required
13. Other duties assigned by the IT Manager and Top Management
