This is a field technical support job. It mainly involves in hardware troubleshooting and software driver installation. It is a network printing multifunction device which occasionally needs networking troubleshooting skill to isolate the root cause of the problem. It is a normal office working hours, Mondays to Fridays job. Full product training will be provided.
Responsibility :
1. To support and assist customer in resolving their machine performance issue in a prompt manner and follow up with necessary escalation.
2. To install printer driver, software etc and resolving machine connectivity issue at customer place in a prompt manner and follow up with necessary escalation.
3. To carry out machine meter reading and other important parameters collection.
4. To update timely the service call status, submission of report etc as per the process.
Education :
Certificate / Diploma in Computer Science Engineering or IT Network or Electrical and Electronic Engineering and relevant field.
Experience :
Fresh Graduate is acceptable. Working experience in relevant field and basic Network troubleshooting skill is an advantage. Training will be provided.
