Job Description

Details of Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide support and troubleshooting on operational requirement, system administration and maintenance of computer and communication software, hardware and network such as PC, laptop, printers and etc.
  • Responsible for maintenance and upgrading the computer system and IT related devices in company
  • Prepares, reviews, and manages the budget and forecast of the IT cost centre
  • Analyses IT business systems and infrastructure issues and provide solutions. Assists the business in realization of IT solutions based on their strategic goals
  • Sources proactively, services appropriate to IT service delivery to meet the goals and objectives of the various organizations
  • Ensure IT standards, procedures, policies and assets are maintained in accordance to Continental standards
  • Liaising with purchasing officer, vendor and supplier of any purchasing of IT equipment.
  • Ensure all IT assets tag/register accordingly.
  • To perform any ad-hoc task given by superior. 

    • Competency/ Technical Skills Required

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Computer Science/IT
  • At least 2 years� work experience in related IT field
  • Experience and knowledge in Office365, SharePoint( PowerApps, Flows etc) is preferable
  • Experience in doing procurement of IT equipment and managing IT budget
  • Ability to address business requirements / demands and stakeholders management.
  • Strong technical background in IT Infrastructure 
  • Able to work independently 
  • Good communication skills and presentation skills.
