Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior IT Technical Support professional who is not only passionate about providing exceptional technical assistance but also interested in contributing to our training courses as an Assistant Instructor. In this dual-role position, you will have the opportunity to support our users with their IT needs while gaining experience in a teaching and training environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support:
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and software.
- Educate end-users on basic IT procedures and best practices.
- Document all support interactions and solutions in a comprehensive manner.
- Training Course Assistance:
- Collaborate with the instructional team to prepare for training courses either for online or face-to-face training sessions.
- Assist in conducting training sessions as a role-player.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Enthusiasm for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends.
- Prior experience in technical support or training is a plus but not required.
