Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To assist the superiors in maintaining and troubleshooting of IT hardware and software including serves, networking, printers, email and etc. and oversee the department’s daily operations.
- To maintain and troubleshoot of POS system including credit card and e-wallet terminals.
- Responsible for record and maintenance of IT infrastructure inventory list and ensure proper tagging/labelling.
- Execute and perform any task or assignment that may be assigned by the superior.
REQUIREMENT:
- Minimum Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 1 years of working experience preferably specializing in IT/Computer – Hardware and Software.
- IT experience in Retail and F&B industry will be an added advantage.
- Able to work and follows retails shift working hours.
- Covid-19 fully vaccinated.
