Job Description:

We are in need of an IT Support professional to provide on-site support for PC, laptop, networking, and AV equipment. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, performing hardware/software maintenance, and assisting employees with their IT-related needs.

Requirements:

* Knowledge of PC and laptop hardware and software

* Familiarity with networking and audiovisual equipment

* Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
