Job scope:

- Respond promptly to service issues and requests via Service Now ticket system.

- Install, configure and maintain computer system and apps.

- Ensure that all hardware and software are commissioned timely and ready for deployment.

- Maintain proper documentation of IT activities.

- Any IT related as required.
