About the Role

Kickstart or advance your career in the growing data center industry! We are looking for Fresh Graduates, Experienced Engineers, and Technical Experts to join our IT Operations and IT Asset Management teams.

Position 1: IT Operations Engineer and Team Lead

• Perform daily data center inspections and monitor IT equipment, environmental conditions, and operational systems.

• Handle service requests, work orders, and incident tickets according to SOPs and SLA requirements.

• Assist with server and network switch installation, rack-and-stack activities, cabling, and hardware replacement.

• Perform basic hardware and network troubleshooting to ensure smooth data center operations.

• Respond to technical incidents and follow Emergency Operating Procedures (EOP) when required.

• Maintain accurate operational records, incident reports, and shift handover documentation.

• Experienced candidates may handle complex troubleshooting, incident escalations, and provide technical guidance to junior team members.

Position 2: IT Asset Management ( Chinese Speaker )

• Receive, inspect, and register incoming IT equipment and materials in the asset management system.

• Manage inventory receiving, picking, sorting, storage, and outbound shipment preparation.

• Maintain accurate IT asset records, inventory documentation, and equipment movement tracking.

• Conduct regular inventory checks, stock reconciliation, and asset audits.

• Support IT asset lifecycle management, including equipment maintenance coordination, depreciation tracking, and decommissioning.

• Ensure proper organization, storage, and handling of IT equipment in accordance with operational procedures.

• Experienced candidates may coordinate asset management activities, resolve inventory discrepancies, and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Networking, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields.

• Fresh Graduates, Experienced Engineers, and Technical Experts are welcome to apply.

• No prior working experience required for fresh graduates – Full training will be provided.

• Basic knowledge of IT hardware, networking, data center operations, inventory control, or asset management is an advantage.

• Relevant internship or working experience will be an added advantage.

• Ability to communicate in English and Chinese is an advantage.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.

• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

• Willing to work on rotational shifts where required.
