Job Description
Candidate must be willing to work in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to client platforms.
- Provide end-user support and manage client relationships effectively.
- Handle service requests associated with client platforms.
- Respond promptly to incidents, investigate root causes, and implement temporary or permanent solutions. Provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Monitor service levels, maintain system configurations, and generate regular reports for relevant parties.
- Participate in client platform implementation and upgrade projects.
- Oversee client platform implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacements and follow up as needed.
- Manage asset inventory and ensure accurate updates to asset records.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to track project status and performance.
- Establish and maintain facility management standards and best practices to ensure consistency across projects and teams.
- Ensure all deliverables meet service level requirements and propose/implement action plans when necessary.
Desired Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of networking is advantageous.
- Familiar in using MS Office applications.
- Technical expertise will be a significant advantage.
