Job Description

Candidate must be willing to work in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to client platforms.  
  • Provide end-user support and manage client relationships effectively.  
  • Handle service requests associated with client platforms.  
  • Respond promptly to incidents, investigate root causes, and implement temporary or permanent solutions. Provide regular updates to stakeholders.  
  • Monitor service levels, maintain system configurations, and generate regular reports for relevant parties.  
  • Participate in client platform implementation and upgrade projects.  
  • Oversee client platform implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring timely delivery.  
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacements and follow up as needed.  
  • Manage asset inventory and ensure accurate updates to asset records.  
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to track project status and performance.  
  • Establish and maintain facility management standards and best practices to ensure consistency across projects and teams.  
  • Ensure all deliverables meet service level requirements and propose/implement action plans when necessary.

Desired Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of networking is advantageous.
  • Familiar in using MS Office applications.
  • Technical expertise will be a significant advantage.
  • Independent, innovative, and goal-oriented professionals with a positive, problem-solving attitude.
