Kerja Kosong IT Assistant di Brickfield Kuala Lumpur

Nak cari entry level IT Assistant nak ganti position saya. Tengah tolong HR.

Job Scope:

• Review and update IT documentations for key processes
• Oversee, maintain, and troubleshoot IT hardware, software, and network infrastructure (PCs, servers, headsets, firewalls, etc)
• Handle hardware upgrades (e.g., RAM upgrades) and system cloning
• Conduct and support IT audits to ensure security and compliance with industry regulations
• In charge of company business continuity plan
• Provide technical support to users, ensuring timely issue resolution for hardware, software, and network problems
• Liaise with vendors for troubleshooting, maintenance, update, and procurement
• Research and recommend IT tools and software to improve workflow efficiency and security
• Other IT related job scope
  

Requirements:

• Available by Jan 2025
• Degree dalam bidang IT
• Entry level (fresh grad boleh, 1 year experience boleh)
• Serba tahu pasal Windows OS, antivirus, networking
• Ada pengalaman kerja dalam debt collection industry satu kelebihan
• Boleh kerja berseorangan, suka explore perkara IT baru yang boleh bantu memudahkan kerja, self-motivated
• Ada leadership dan social skills also satu kelebihan

Kerja usually tak terlalu stress, tapi bila client nak audit time tu yang busy. Bila client tak audit ada masa free yang usually boleh pakai untuk explore benda baru, self learn apa yang patut. Most IT issues in the company benda boleh settle pakai ChatGPT atau complain kat vendor untuk tolong fix. Mencari calon untuk ganti position saya. Training disediakan selagi saya dalam notice berhenti kerja.
