• Be a hardware hero! Install and replace server/network parts, lay cables, and work on module replacements.
• Master the art of troubleshooting for IT, OS, and network-related equipment.
• Collaborate with OEM vendors for innovative server cooling solutions, including Direct Chip Cold Plate Liquid Cooling and Immersion Liquid Cooling tanks.
• Handle media management tasks, including safe HDD/SSD destruction and disposal.
• Manage the lifecycle of IT equipment decommissioning, from networks and servers to storage and backup devices.
• Keep things organized! Maintain accurate inventory records and perform asset inventory cycle counts.
• Provide onsite support during planned and unplanned power events, ensuring smooth operations.
• Troubleshooting of issues for IT, OS and network related equipment• Will be required to work with multiple remote teams to maintain servers and network equipment in a fast-paced dynamic environment
