We are searching for an enthusiastic self-starter to join our new graduate trainee program. Responsibilities include shadowing various staff members, participating in learning experiences, attending meetings and workshops, and traveling to other working environments to gain practical experience. As well as an accurate record of time at company and be able to pass a competency test at the end of the program.

Roles &Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing delivery of the project according to the plan.
• Assist to prepare IT documentation and ensure compliance of IT policy.
•  Manage communication with business user, ensuring the project is delivered as business requirements.
• Assist to conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system integration and system functionalities operates as user requirement.
• Involve in user training, Go Live support, system development and implementation.
• Presenting project report and progress to IT management.
• Preparing project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstream and activities.
• Ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned from time to time.
• Gathering as much information on the company and participating in on-the-job training wherever possible.
• Participating in meetings, workshops, and team-building events.
• Taking notes on experiences and keeping a log of things learned.
• Compiling reports and making presentations to other staff members.
• Analyzing existing systems and offering new ideas for improvement.
• Bringing positive energy and forming lasting professional relationships with staff.
• Conducting research and assisting the Supervisor wherever possible.
• Completing fieldwork or visiting different work sites when required.
• Writing a test or submitting to some other form of evaluation at the end of the graduate program.

Qualification & Other Requirements:  

• Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or relevant field.
• Minimum latest CGPA at least 3.00.
• Previous work experience is not necessary but maybe advantageous.
• A valid driver's license especially D class.
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Fluently in Malay & English).
• Excellent research abilities and a willingness to grow.
• A positive attitude and a growth mindset.
