KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1.      Oversee the overall resource and platform requirement for application development. Support organization effort to integrate software development and operations. Fostering a culture of continuous improvement:

2.      Analyze application development requirement based on project scope and business requirement.

3.      Identify type of resources, platform requirement and infrastructure requirement required to deliver the project scope.

4.      Manage request with PDSB to acquire resources, platform, and infrastructure.

5.      Manage cross-functional teams, including developers, operations personnel, and quality assurance experts, to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.

6.      Drive automation and integration of software development, testing, and deployment processes to increase efficiency, reliability, and speed.

7.      Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of infrastructure, networks, and cloud environments to ensure high availability and security.

8.      Evaluate and adopt new technologies, tools, and processes to enhance DevOps capabilities and performance.

9.      Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements, and implement security best practices to protect the organization's assets and reputation.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

1.       A minimum of 5 years of analysis experience in consultation/ technical advisory on applications area

2.      Experience and knowledge in at least one aspect of the business (engineering, manufacturing, planning, etc).

3.       A Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

4.       The relevant certificates to prove competency.

CERTIFICATIONS

Expose to :

1.      OutSystem Associate Developer (ODC) or equivalent

2.      Mulesoft certifications

3.      Any AWS/Azure cloud certification
