**Job Scope:**
As an F&B System Customer Service Representative, your role involves providing support to clients in the hospitality and restaurant industry, ensuring the smooth operation of their F&B systems. Your responsibilities include handling menus, collaborating with technical teams to resolve issues, and testing new system features.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Menu Handling**:
- Assist clients via phone, email, or online chat to understand their F&B system needs and issues.
- Provide information on F&B system features and configurations to help clients maximize system utilization.
2. **Collaboration with Technical Teams**:
- Collaborate closely with the technical support team to address technical issues, malfunctions, and challenges reported by clients.
- Effectively communicate client problems and requirements to ensure timely and accurate resolutions.
3. **Testing New Features**:
- Participate in the testing of new F&B system features and software updates to ensure they meet quality standards and client needs.
- Offer feedback on new features, including functionality and user-friendliness.
4. **Issue Resolution**:
- Proactively resolve clients' F&B system issues, ensuring their systems function smoothly and providing technical support.
- Follow company policies and procedures to address complaints and disputes, ensuring client satisfaction.
5. **Record Keeping and Reporting**:
- Maintain records of client information, issues, and requests for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Generate reports with relevant data and metrics on client support and service activities.
