Marketing Job responsibilities •Responsible for updating and maintaining company social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, website, TikTok) •Responsible for maintaining and updating company digital marketing materials for EDM (electronic direct mail) using Mailchimp. •Laise and discuss with the product team EDM content, such as design and layout. •Responsible for maintaining the company's online shop using Shopify. •Responsible for preparing designs for company marketing materials such as bunting, banners, and brochures. •Responsible to involve and coordinate in company marketing events such as exhibitions. •Experienced in company exhibitions such as SMART NATION EXPO 2022 and 2023, JKR Cyber Day, etc. IT Job responsibilities •Provide Level 1 and Leve 2 IT support. •Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issue. •Installing and configuring computer hardware and software. •talk staff through a series of actions, either face-to-face or remote, to help set up systems or resolve computer issues. •Responsible to provide IT support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports. •Responsible for updating and keeping track of company asset management in the asset management system. •Experience in conducting and giving training for company system to employees
