- Performing technical escalation support. - Retrieving trouble report generated by 1st Level Technical Support as well as other source such as email complaints and walk in complaints. - Analyze the trouble report and call subscriber pertaining the trouble report and solving the customer issue on first call resolution basis. - Call back customer pertaining their report and troubleshooting accordingly which is the common problem after been identified according to certain symptom. - Prepare trouble report to field technician, which need physical troubleshooting on site in order to solve the customer connection issue. - Liaise with Docket Centre pertaining the trouble report created to get further update. - Update the management about the report which is not solved and which need further diagnoses.
