• Produce brand reports for clients by analyzing customers sentiments in social media channels and highlights main issues that benefitted clients' respective industries. • Provide suggestion, recommendations and key learnings takeaway to clients for issues that surfaced. • Provide list of suggestion, recommendations and assisting company managements in identifying clients' stakeholders, improving current brand reports and proposing new ideas for company futures. • Produce ad-hoc reports in tight datelines and often liaise with Project Manager and Team Lead to yield insightful and quality report. • Provide coaching and mentorship towards colleagues to help them achieve their true potential. • Participates in company various trainings for self-continuous improvement.
• Partake in system enhancement with Jabatan Digital Teknologi to produce extraction output for IRRBB report. • Partake in data testing produce by in house technical team for VBA Masterfile to ensure data credibility and readiness. • Engage discussions with support staffs, FLE's and Manager to comprehend and resolve the issues. • Tabulate M o M growth for identified key data item based on respective reports thresholds changes. • Analyze and verify data that have been reported by engaging with Reporting Entities to ensure data integrity and accuracy that reflects the domestic financial and economic developments. • Conduct Data Quality Checking and establishing fundamentals of Factsheets to ensure data sanity and present findings to BNM internal departments. • Update STATsmart ISP in term of announcements, replacement of outdated report template, creation of new category report, monitoring of submission reports and basic system checking Reporting Entities. • Participate in several conference domestic (i.e DOSM & BNM) and international (IMF) virtually.
• Investigate highlighted cases by the system to evaluate the ML/FT level. • Escalate Suspicious Transaction Report (STR) to internal eSTR team to be submitted to BNM for further actions taken by Law Enforcements such as PDRM, SPRM and LHDN. • Conduct analysis of fund transactions pattern to identify illegal activities such as fraud, mule account, tax evasion or bribery. • Liaise with Maybank branches for RFI (Request For Information) to further investigate the justification of customer fund transactions
