I have currently working as a Resident Engineer at Thames Technology Sdn Bhd for 1 year 1 month involving handling product Anti malware Programs lEscan Antivirus and also maintenance for Security Policy Development on base site Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara. My educational background, was graduated Diploma at Kolej Vokasional Kuala Selangor in System Database and Web Applications. With my experience and knowledge of Information Technologies, For my experience work, I have a strong background in technical support. My experience includes installing, configuring, and maintaining various computer systems, as well as providing technical support to clients and solving complex technical problems. Additionally, I have additional soft skills in communication has provided me to resolve the troubleshooting network and understand the user's issue during facing in customer service. I also have knowledge of the software development life cycle and the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.

I have various certificates to verify me as proven Technical IT Support in my career. The certificate im holds a Cisco Cybersecurity from Cisco Academy Certificate, and also Certiprof RWPC and Scrum Foundation Certificate that certified me as experience working with various operating systems, including Windows and Linux and also knowledgeable in computer hardware andsoftware troubleshooting and repair, and I also can easily adapt working withbig teams and also I can work independently during the task given.
