
First level helpdesk for Sunlife Malaysia and JIM Network. - Provide technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining workstation and LAN performance. - Provide answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps. - Escalate tickets to 2nd level support.
Provide support for network connectivity issues, network setup, server check-up, and other technical issues for MBPJ, MBSA, and LPK. - Manage reports and travel to site regularly. - Maintain network devices including Access Points, Switches and Routers, Servers, CCTV, Point-to-point, and DB Box.
