The candidate will be part of a team of a young, energetic, and enthusiastic team of developers to migrate a mature and comprehensive ERP system to the Oracle Apex low code platform. Discover the joys and productivity of working in a low code environment.

You will learn and get guidance from team leads and the Solution Architect on the best practices for software development. Leverage your web development skills, and knowledge and discover how to use Oracle Apex to maximize your productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Develop web-based applications using the Oracle Apex low-code platform
• Develop code for the migration of an existing ERP software to Oracle Apex
• Read and extract code from existing Oracle Forms and Reports programs for the purpose of migration to Oracle Apex.
• Work with other developers, technical lead, and functional lead to understand the functional and technical requirements
• Develop code for the integration of modules within the ERP system and with third-party systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and established development practices
• Participate in the creation of the necessary test scenarios and test cases.
• Participate in the creation of the necessary user, functional and technical documentation on solutions developed
• Participate in the creation of the necessary training materials for the operation and use of the application
• Assist in the implementation of code, processes and procedures to monitor systems health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors and alarms
• Assist in the change management processes for the migration of the application from development to production environments.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering or any other related fields of study.
• 2-3 years experience in related field
• Knowledge/experience of SQL and databases
• Knowledge/experience of web application development (HTML/CSS and Javascript)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge/experience of Oracle databases, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms will be a plus
• Knowledge/experience in ERP will be a plus
• Oracle certifications related to APEX, PL/SQL, or E-Business Suite are added advantages
