IT Junior Support (Network Security) - Job Description

-Manage in network/security and system installation, testing and commissioning.

-Monitors system performance and assists users to identify and solve network/security and system problems.

-Undertaking housekeeping and reporting functions for the area of responsibility.

-Attend vendor seminars and/or visits vendors to learn about available network products or services.

-Develops and writes testing procedures for network/security installation/configuration.

-Assists in preparing technical reports or related documentation.

-Manage network connectivity and diagnose problem by view physical and logical connection of devices.

-Administer LAN/WAN networking/ data communication technologies such as routers, wireless LAN, VPN, security devices, & switches.

-Provides troubleshooting and resolution for local and wide area data.

-Managed Network and Application Management software and hardware installation at Main Node.

-Managed series of testing such as functional, installation and troubleshooting.
