We are looking for a versatile software engineer/developer with proficiency in both Linux and Windows operating systems to join our team. This role requires astrong understanding and experience in software development across multiple platforms, specifically in Linux and Windows environments. Operational Deliverables and Contribution:

·      Cross-Platform Development: Producing software solutions that seamlessly function on both Linux and Windows platforms, ensuring compatibility and reliability

·      Code Optimization: Writing clean and efficient code that operates effectively on both operating systems, enhancing performance and reducing system resource usage.

·      Testing and Debugging: Conducting rigorous testing and debugging across Linux and Windows environments, ensuring the software's stability and functionality on both platforms.

·      Multi-OS Integration: Providing expertise in integrating software applications across different operating systems, enabling smooth and consistent user experiences.

·      Issue Resolution: Troubleshooting and resolving platform-specific issues to maintain software operability on both Linux and Windows OS.

·      Enhanced Software Compatibility: Contributing to the development of software that widens the user base by accommodating both Linux and Windows users, thereby increasing the product's market reach.

·      Operational Efficiency: Optimizing code for both systems, resulting in improved efficiency, reduced downtime, and increased productivity for end-users.

credentials needed

•        Diploma / Degree in Science and Engineering. Preferably in Engineering Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

•        Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar field and Proven work experience as a software engineer or developer with proficiency in both Linux and Windows OS

•        Working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems Linux and MS Products.

•        Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, C++, Java) within both Linux and Windows environments.

•        Knowledge of software/hardware components and systems, including but not limited to computer hardware, servers, networking equipment, and storage devices.

•        Understanding of software development tools for both operating systems.

•        Strong problem-solving skills and attention to OS-specific software challenges.

•        Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment to resolve complex hardware-related issues.

•        Customer-oriented behavior and mindset

•        Possess own transport and is willing to travel when required.

•        Flexible, reliable, dependable, and able to work long & irregular hours if required.
