Monitors and participates in operations for assigned hospitals including software deployment, recommending specifications, monitoring contracts deliverable and inspecting the team/vendor’s work to ensure that safe work practices and standard operating procedures are followed.
Interacts professionally with customers, maintains effective working relationships and works in cooperation with the management team to effectively meet departmental objectives.
Provides input into the development of the operating budget for the assigned area of responsibility; assists in the monitoring and tracking of expenditures for the region.
Coordinates sites activities with partners and departments as well as third party vendors/suppliers, including scheduling and resolving problems; coordinates and inspects work performed by the team / contractors.
Assists in the selection of staff, performs periodic evaluations of subordinates and recommends and implements discipline as required.
Responds to emergencies as requested, coordinates activities with other responders, directs the work of staff and utilization of resources to effect repair and ensure the safety policies are followed.
Report to management on helpdesk issue status, works carried out and hospital events/activities on monthly basis.
Responsible for KPI, SLA and metrics reporting and ensuring that operational support meets KPI against SLA and escalations process.
