RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
1. IT Environment Monitoring
- Monitoring, initial triage and proactive actions to incidents using monitoring tools (Network, server and NAS)
- Data storage management
2. Provide specialist support: (Server only)
- Remote OS/system restoration and installation
- Disaster recovery support
- Patch Management (account level health)
- Manufacturer/Vendor management
- Analysis and reporting on major issues
- Knowledge base maintenance
3. Incident Management
- Remote support / troubleshooting for PCs, mobile, network equipment, NAS and Server
- Escalation to onsite support
REQUIREMENT
- Microsoft Server 2012 (R2)/2016/2019/2022
- Microsoft Exchange / Exchange Online
- Office 365 and Azure
- Hyper-V and VMware
- Remote Desktop / Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop
- All forms of operating systems (Win10/11, Mac OS)
- Solid understanding of Networking, Firewalls, routers, managed switches, Wireless Access Point and backups
- Networking experience with Aruba, Cisco, Fortinet and etc
- CompTIA A+, ITIL, Microsoft SQL Server Certification
- Minimum 5 years System Engineer
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to handle multiple support cases
- Strong writing skills to maintain organized documentation
- Customer-oriented, and capable of providing high levels of client satisfaction
- Collaborate and work well with others
- Speak and write fluent English, additional language will be bonus.
