AI & Digitalization Executive  

Are you passionate about AI, digital technology and making business processes smarter and more efficient?

We are looking for a proactive and technology-driven individual to join our team and support the Group's digital transformation journey.

What You Will Do:

• Work with department PICs to understand tasks, map processes and identify repetitive work suitable for improvement.

• Build and test digital forms, registers, reminders, approval workflows, document tools and simple internal applications.

• Use AI-assisted coding and drafting tools, checking outputs for accuracy and suitability before use.

• Organise and validate data; support approved database and API connections with IT or vendor assistance.

• Conduct user testing, troubleshoot issues, train users and prepare clear operating and handover instructions.

• Maintain version history, access controls and operating logs; monitor failures and improve deployed solutions.

• Track progress and demonstrate working outputs; measure actual adoption, errors and effort before and after implementation.

What We Are Looking For:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Software Engineering or a related field.

• Experience in AI tools, workflow automation and digital solutions.

• With 2 years of relevant working experience preferably.

• Fresh graduates with relevant technical skills and a strong interest in AI and digitalisation are encouraged to apply.

• Basic programming in Phyton or JavaScript, database/SQL knowledge and understanding of APIs.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

• Self-motivated, innovative and eager to learn new technologies.

• Able to work independently, manage multiple assignments and deliver practical solutions within agreed timelines.

• Travel between Company sites are required.
