Role Purpose

The IT Project Manager manages the full development lifecycle, coordinating internal stakeholders, external partners, and in-house development resources to deliver quality IT solutions within agreed scope and budget, while ensuring compliance with relevant requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full development lifecycle, from design and planning through development and release. Provide project management support during implementation.

• Provide coordination and project management to ensure successful delivery of projects.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment with project objectives and requirements.

• Manage project scope and objectives with input from all relevant stakeholders. Ensure that the agreed scope is technically feasible and can be delivered within budget.

• Manage in-house development resources to provide timely delivery of quality solutions.

• Track project progress and communicate status updates, milestones, and challenges to internal and external stakeholders. Address stakeholder concerns and seek feedback as necessary.

• Identify project risks and execute action plans to mitigate them.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or a related field.

• Preferred experience: At least 5 years of work experience in project management and related roles.

• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

• Able to prepare project budgets and timelines.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Able to work independently with a proactive, results-oriented approach. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Experience in the securities or financial industry would be an advantage.
