Key Responsibilities

1. Provide IT support to users for PCs, laptops, printers and other IT equipment.

2. Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, network and connectivity issues.

3. Install and configure computers, software, printers and peripherals.

4. Maintain IT asset records and perform preventive maintenance.

5. Provide support for internal web applications and business systems.

6. Assist in developing, maintaining and troubleshooting internal PHP programs.

7. Assist with basic database checking and coordinate with vendors when required.

8. Perform other IT-related duties assigned by the superior.

Skill Requirements

1. Good knowledge of computer hardware, Windows, networking, printers and Microsoft 365.

2. Basic knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SQL.

3. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

4. Good communication skills and willingness to learn.

Qualification & Experience

1. Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.

2. 1–3 years of experience in IT Support or a related role.

3. Experience in hardware, network and application support.

4. Experience in PHP programming or web application development is an added advantage.

5. Manufacturing experience is an added advantage.

6. Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Gaji: RM 2,700 – RM 3,000 per month
