About the Role

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Solutions Engineers to join our growing team!

In this role, you will work with cloud infrastructure, Content Delivery Network (CDN), networking, cybersecurity and AI technologies to deliver practical technical solutions for customers.

You will collaborate closely with customers, sales teams and technology partners to understand business needs, evaluate technologies, conduct technical demonstrations and recommend suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Presales & Customer Solutions

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.

• Assist in preparing technical proposals, solution architecture diagrams and cost estimates.

• Conduct or support product demonstrations, technical presentations and Proof of Concept (POC) activities.

• Work closely with sales and technical teams to ensure smooth project handovers.

Cloud, CDN, Networking & Cybersecurity

• Support cloud infrastructure, CDN, DNS, SSL/TLS, Web Application Firewall (WAF) and DDoS protection solutions.

• Assist in troubleshooting network connectivity, system performance and technical issues.

• Support cloud/CDN migrations, performance testing, configuration and optimisation.

Product Evaluation & Technology Partners

• Evaluate and compare technology products based on features, technical capabilities, licensing and costs.

• Collaborate with vendors, distributors and internal teams to resolve technical challenges.

• Maintain technical documentation and support solution improvements.

AI Tools & Automation

• Utilise AI-powered tools such as Claude, Claude Code or similar assistants for troubleshooting, scripting and technical documentation.

• Explore opportunities to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.

• Ensure AI-generated solutions meet technical accuracy, security and quality standards.

Job Requirements

Junior Level (0–2 Years Experience)

• Fresh graduates with relevant IT qualifications or practical technical skills are encouraged to apply.

• Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS and HTTP/HTTPS.

• Familiarity with Linux, cloud computing or related IT technologies.

• Good communication skills, a positive learning attitude and an interest in customer-facing technical work.

Mid-Level / Senior Level (3+ Years Experience)

• Hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, CDN, networking, cybersecurity, solutions engineering or technical presales.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to recommend technical solutions, conduct POCs and communicate with customers and technology partners.

• Senior candidates should be capable of independently leading technical discussions and evaluations.

• Experience using Claude Code or similar AI development tools responsibly is expected for senior candidates.

Added Advantages

• Experience with AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Cloudflare or similar platforms.

• Knowledge of REST APIs, Python, Bash, JavaScript or Git.

• Familiarity with monitoring tools, Zero Trust architecture or cybersecurity solutions.

• Good command of English; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage for regional customer and partner communication.

Additional Information

• Willingness to provide occasional after-hours support for urgent technical or customer issues, in coordination with the team.

• Salary will be determined based on relevant experience, technical capabilities and responsibilities.

• Candidates are not required to have experience in every technology listed.
