We are now looking for passionate digital savvy individuals to join us in our Arvato Systems Malaysia Internship Program (AIP). Our aspiration is to provide opportunities for the young high-potential Malaysian undergraduates in gaining valuable hands-on digital work experience and related learning as well as being mentored by our people at Arvato Systems Malaysia to prepare them for the workforce.

For anyone interested, this internship program offers a dedicated track in ISMS & IT Support.

Internship Expectations:

• Learn how enterprise IT support services operate, including incident and service request management. 

• Assist in logging, tracking, prioritising, and updating IT incidents and service requests through the Jira ITSM system. 

• Provide basic user support under supervision, including troubleshooting hardware, software, network, connectivity, and access issues. 

• Support the setup, installation, and maintenance of laptops, printers, and Microsoft Teams Rooms equipment. 

• Assist with IT asset inventory, asset tagging, documentation, licence records, and equipment disposal records. 

• Participate in basic system monitoring, infrastructure documentation updates, and recurring incident analysis. 

• Support ISMS documentation, internal audit preparation, cybersecurity awareness, and compliance activities. 

• Learn ITIL service management principles, SLA expectations, procurement processes, and vendor coordination. 

• Collaborate with the IT team and other stakeholders on service improvement and digitalisation initiatives. 

• Participate in company-wide initiatives and events.

• Receive guidance and mentorship throughout the internship.

• Be open for a two-way feedback and coaching.

• Be our brand ambassador.

What Must You Have:

• A Malaysian citizenship.

• Be an Undergraduate or Postgraduate who is in the final semester of your current Diploma/ Degree/ Master's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.

• A minimum of CGPA 3.2 and above.

• Basic understanding of computer hardware, networks, and operating systems. 

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and an interest in learning ITSM tools such as Jira. 

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. 

• An excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• A collaborative spirit, growth mindset, adaptability, professionalism, and integrity. 

• Willingness to go the extra mile to complete assigned tasks on time and to a high standard.
