Your new role

In this role, you will remain actively involved in software development, contributing code, designing scalable solutions, and solving complex technical challenges. You'll provide technical guidance to the engineering team, drive architecture and code quality standards, conduct code reviews, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver high-impact product features. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example and staying close to the code while influencing technical direction.


What you'll need to succeed

• At least 6 years of hands-on experience in Java/Go/Python
  
• Hands-on experience with zSmart
  
• Experienced with Business Support Systems
