About the role

Lead the creation, maintenance, and management of master data across key business domains, including customers, products, suppliers, logistics, and financials. This role supports data accuracy, consistency, and governance across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and manage master data across multiple business domains.

• Establish and maintain data standards, processes, and governance practices.

• Monitor data quality, identify inconsistencies, and coordinate corrective actions.

• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to support data management initiatives.

• Maintain documentation for master data definitions, ownership, and processes.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Management, or a related field

• Additional diploma or certifications in Business Analysis, Data Management, or similar fields are a plus

• 3–5 years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or a related role.

• Strong understanding of master data principles, data quality, and governance frameworks.

• Experience working across business domains such as customers, products, suppliers, logistics, or financials.

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage data processes with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Proven experience working with multiple enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, CTRM, TMS, Inventory Management, and Production Management.

Gaji: RM 6,000 – RM 7,000 per month
