Job Requirements:

• Minimum 8+ years of SAP HCM / SAP SuccessFactors experience.

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay.

• At least 3 end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Compensation implementations, preferably greenfield.

• Strong experience in SAP Employee Central (EC).

• Hands-on experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with SAP S/4HANA.

• Strong knowledge of SAP CPI / SAP BTP Integration Suite for system integration.

• Experience in compensation planning, annual salary reviews, merit increases, bonus and incentive programs.

• Hands-on configuration experience with compensation templates, eligibility rules, guideline matrices, budgets, route maps and compensation worksheets.

• Experience in integration design, data migration, SIT, UAT, deployment and post-go-live support.

• Experience working with global HR, Payroll and business stakeholders.

Gaji: RM 13,000 – RM 14,000 per month
