About the role

This entry-level opportunity is suited to a new graduate who is eager to build a career in cloud systems. You will gain practical experience in a supportive environment, with training provided and exposure to Alibaba Cloud technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Support the setup, monitoring, and maintenance of cloud systems and services.

• Assist with troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex matters when required.

• Help maintain system documentation, operational records, and configuration information.

• Work with the team to support reliable, secure, and efficient cloud operations.

• Apply training and develop practical knowledge of Alibaba Cloud platforms.

What we're looking for

• A recent graduate with an interest in cloud computing, information technology, or a related field.

• Some basic knowledge of cloud systems.

• Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills.

• A hardworking and positive attitude.

• Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

• Alibaba Cloud knowledge or experience will be an advantage.

This is a full time, work-from-office role from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
