Field Service Engineer/IT Technician

📍 Location: Petaling Jaya (Customer-based site, travel required within Klang Valley)

💼 Employment Type: Contract-renewable (Project-based)

📅 Working Days: 5 days' work, 2 days off

🕘 Working Hours: Standard hours (extended when required)

💰 Basic Salary: Up to RM2,600

🛵 Transport: Own motorcycle/car preferred

📌 Travel: Required to travel within Klang Valley – mileage claim provided

Minimum Requirement

🎓 Diploma or Degree in a relevant field (IT)

🚗 Willing to travel to multiple sites across Klang Valley (mileage claimable)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support for desktop hardware, applications, email, printers & network issues

• Install, configure & support MS Windows OS and other end-user software

• Troubleshoot & resolve hardware/software problems (break/fix)

• Perform equipment moves, adds, changes, and preventive maintenance

• Escalate unresolved issues to the next level

• Participate in IT rollouts and implementation projects
