Job Description

• Provide on-site IT support and technical assistance to clients.
• Perform PC, laptop, printer, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Windows, printers, routers, and network connectivity.
• Perform hardware replacement, maintenance, and basic system setup.
• Assist with IT-related projects and technical tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma, Higher Graduate Diploma, or Advanced Diploma in IT or any related field.
• Knowledge of PC hardware, printers, routers, and networking.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and IT troubleshooting.
• Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Willing to travel to client sites and work outstation when required.
• Must possess own transportation.
• GDL license is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Available to start in September 2026.
