M365 Engineer – Enterprise (Kuala Lumpur)

We’re looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Engineer to fully own and manage our enterprise M365 environment in a global, hybrid setup. This is a hands-on and strategic role covering governance, automation, security, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own and manage M365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and Security & Compliance
• Drive the M365 roadmap, feature rollouts, and user adoption (e.g. Copilot, Viva, Teams Premium)
• Implement governance, compliance, and lifecycle management
• Automate tasks using PowerShell, Graph API, and Power Automate
• Manage identity, SSO, Conditional Access, MFA using Azure AD / Entra ID
• Provide Tier-3 support for complex M365 issues (minimal BAU)
• Maintain on-prem Active Directory and DNS
• Collaborate on AWS-hosted infrastructure and hybrid identity strategies
• Monitor platform health, security, and performance; proactively mitigate risks

Requirements:
Strong experience in enterprise M365, identity & access management, automation, AD/DNS, and exposure to AWS. Ability to work independently and engage global stakeholders.
