Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and proactive IT Assistant to support the daily IT operations of the company.

This role is responsible for maintaining the stability and security of our IT infrastructure across multiple entities, including system monitoring, network support, and technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor and maintain all IT systems, servers, and network equipment to ensure smooth daily operations.

* Manage and perform regular data backups and system recovery testing.

* Maintain and update IT asset inventory (computers, printers, servers, and peripherals).

* Set up and configure user access, email, and hardware for new staff.

* Monitor and troubleshoot CCTV, Switch , Router & Etc.

* Provide on-site and remote user support for hardware, software, and network issues.

* Ensure timely preventive maintenance for all IT and network devices.

Requirements:

* Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.

* Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in IT support or infrastructure management.

* Knowledge in networking, CCTV, Windows Server is an advantage.

* Hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware, network, and software issues.

* Good communication and problem-solving skills.

* Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
