Job Overview:
We are looking for an IT Support & Software Implementation Specialist who will be responsible for learning, configuring, and implementing new rental management software within our company. This role involves working closely with management, staff, and software vendors to ensure a smooth rollout and ongoing support of the system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and master new rental management software provided by external vendors.

• Plan and manage the software implementation process, including system setup, testing, and data migration.

• Train company staff on using the new software efficiently.

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot software-related issues.

• Collaborate with different departments to ensure the software meets operational needs.

• Coordinate with software vendors for updates, support, and customization.

• Document workflows, system processes, and user guides.

• Continuously explore and recommend technology solutions that improve business efficiency.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Strong interest in learning new software and systems.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to train and support non-technical users.

• Experience with software implementation or ERP systems is an advantage.

• Knowledge of basic networking and hardware setup is a plus.
