We are looking to hire Presales Consultant (Junior & Senior).

Job summary

• Solutions Design: Collaborate with sales teams to design and propose MFT and cybersecurity solutions that meet customer requirements.
  


• Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions to showcase the capabilities and benefits of MFT and cybersecurity solutions.
  


• Technical Consultation: Serve as a technical advisor to customers, addressing their queries and providing insights into product integration and functionality.
  


• Project Implementation Delivery: Provide architecture design, application setup, workflow development and deployment, training, manage and support various MFT solutions.
  


• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business challenges and ensuring satisfaction with proposed solutions.
  


• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including solutions designs, integration guides, and best practice documents.
  

To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:

• Possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related disciplines.
  


• Candidates must be Malaysian residents and does not require visa or work permits from the company.
  


• Minimum one (1) year of experience in demo or consultation experience.
  


• Candidate must have hands-on software application deployment and troubleshoot experience.
  


• Able to write and communicate in English, as the role required to liaise with international customers.
  


• Exceptional skills in time management and problem solving.
  


• Junior and Senior are welcome to apply. Salary range will be depending on candidate’s experience.
  

Advantageous Skills:

• Server Operating Systems (Windows and/or Linux), Database, Storage, Virtualization Software, Networking Concept, and Security.
  


• Experience in database and SQL.
  


• Scripting experience.
  


• Knowledge in FTP, FTP/S, SFTP, HTTPS.
  


• Knowledge in encryption PGP, SSH, SSL, TLS.
  


• Presales demo or consultation experience
  


• Mandarin/Cantonese speaking
