Job Scope / Responsibilities:
Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions that align with their needs.
Assist in qualifying sales opportunities from a technical perspective.
Develop and present tailored technical solutions based on customer needs.
Create technical documentation, proposals, and statements of work (SOWs).
Deliver live product demos and technical presentations to customers and stakeholders.
Explain complex technical concepts in a clear, business-focused manner.
Design and support customer PoCs to demonstrate product capabilities and value.
Guide customers through setup and evaluation processes.
Act as a technical advisor during the sales process.
Address technical queries and objections confidently and accurately.
Coordinate with internal product, engineering, and support teams to ensure customer requirements are addressed.
Provide feedback to the team on feature requests or common customer pain points.
Train partners or internal teams on technical aspects of the product.
Develop and maintain technical content such as FAQs, whitepapers, and technical guides.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Maintain in-depth product knowledge to ensure accurate and compelling messaging.
