Industry: Banking

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years in software development role in large service or vendorbased organisation or established banks/ financial institutions.

• Experience in ACI product suites, particularly Base24-eps, UPF and OCM24 will be an added advantage.

• Understanding of Cards and Consumer Banking related systems.

Technical/ Functional skills:

• Strong knowledge and experience in C++ and Java for full-stack development, including backend (server-side) and frontend (client-side) development.

• Familiarity with web development technologies and frameworks, such as Spring Boot for Java-based applications

• Experience with database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL, for data storage, retrieval, and management.

• Ability to integrate systems using APIs, including RESTful APIs, to facilitate communication between different components.

• Proficient in testing methodologies, debugging techniques, and performance tuning to ensure the reliability and efficiency of developed solutions.

• Experience with version control systems such as Git for collaborative development and code management.

Non-Technical Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, propose solutions, and optimize system performance Stakeholder Management.

• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and architects, to achieve project goals.
