Industry: Banking
Location: Bangi, Selangor
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology / Engineering / Computer Science.
• Certification in Data Centre related courses (e.g. CDCP, ITIL, Uptime Institute related Certification).
• At least 3 years’ experience in Critical Facilities Management.
• Strong track record managing Facilities for Data Centre.
Technical/Functional skills:
• Demonstrated competence in data centre cooling, power and data communications fundamentals.
• Expertise in data centre documentation tools (e.g. rack mapping).
Personal skills (Soft Competencies [Core/Leadership]):
• Strong presentation and influencing skills, required in guiding and assisting teams in putting forward proposals for clients, whenever necessary.
• Good reputation and business network in the Wholesale banking community Internationally.
• Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving: Recognizes problems or situations that are new or without clear precedent. Evaluates alternatives and finds solutions using a systematic, multi-step approach.
