Our client in the media, advertisement, and entertainment industry is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to manage and optimize their telecommunications networks and computer systems. The role involves monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, configuring hardware, and managing backups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the network is highly available, secure, and optimized.
• Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls, wireless networks).
• Work with ISPs, AWS, and vendors to resolve network problems.
• Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams and policies.
• Propose and implement technology enhancements to improve performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with other teams for seamless system integration.
• Monitor network performance and proactively troubleshoot issues.
• Oversee information security and manage Network Access Control devices.
• Administer global network infrastructure across multiple offices and AWS environments.
• Serve as the main point of contact for networking issues.
• Handle network issues hands-on until resolution.

Ideal Candidate:

• Expertise in network protocols, architecture, and security.
• Strong experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Meraki, TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, and firewalls.
• Knowledge of cloud networking within AWS.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, BASH).
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of networking experience.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
