Oversee overall integration architecture strategy and vision for highly complex business and technical needs across multiple business units and work closely with Product Owners to determine their goals and outcomes, eliciting and analyzing requirements and creating tech strategy and architecture to enable both current as well as future needs.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1.      Manage Enterprise Integration Architecture and related technical strategies providing thought leadership in the areas of API enablement, iPaaS solutioning, Integration governance and data & application integration.

2.      Develop integration architecture blueprints, patterns and frameworks that will enable reuse and standardization.

3.      Work with business leaders to define cross-functional integration strategy and architecture aligned to business strategy and capabilities.

4.      Key member in building and evolving the enterprise integration strategy for existing and new application landscape.

5.      Lead multiple highly visible strategic and transformative initiatives around maturing organization�s integration capabilities that will impact and influence business outcomes.

6.      Create and maintain current, target state architecture and track maturity of integration capabilities along with standards/patterns for interfaces.

7.      Identify innovative integration methodologies/tools to overcome technical challenges while transitioning from traditional integration platforms to modern integration architectures.

8.      Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies and recommend new solutions to provide a competitive advantage to the organization.

9.      Discover, evangelize, govern, and mobilize modern integration capabilities across the organization.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

1.      A minimum of 5 years of analysis experience is expected.

2.      Experience and knowledge in at least one aspect of the business (engineering, manufacturing, planning, etc).

3.      A Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

4.      The relevant certificates to prove competency.

5.    Must be aggressiveness, pushy, active and drive to work, analytical skills
