1) Position: Network Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Manage and support network infrastructure, resolving critical issues.

* Provide Level 3 response, analyze and plan resolutions for network problems.

* Contribute to network architecture design and installation.

* Ensure a stable, secure, and efficient IT network through best practices.

* Conduct regular network performance tests and update equipment firmware.

* Evaluate new technologies for infrastructure improvement.

* Involve in medium and large deployments project.

Requirements:

* Diploma/Bachelor's in IT/Networking/Computer Studies.

* 3-5 years of experience.

* Hands-on experience with Cisco, Fortinet, and Sophos products.

* Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, WLAN.

* Familiar with VLAN, STP, and routing protocols.

* Understanding of network security concepts.

* Experience in automation tools and scripting is a plus.

* Independent, proactive, and responsible.

* Adaptable to changing environments.

* Strong communication skills, both with customers and internal teams
